現地18日、NHL/NYレンジャーズは、先勝して臨んだWSHキャピタルズとのプレイオフカンファレンス準々決勝第2戦。 シリーズ初戦で正ゴーリーのセオドアが21SOGで4Gを許した為、WSH先発ゴーリーはルーキーの20歳ヴァルラモフ。レギュラーシーズンでは6試合（329分）出場4勝0敗1OT敗S率91.8％防御率2.37だった。 1ピリ7分44秒、ディフェンディングゾーンでオヴェチキン（WSH）が通し損ねたパスを拾ったダビンスキィが、ニュートラルゾーンに入った辺りで相手を充分惹きつけてからチップパスを出す。受けたナスルンドがするするっとニュートラルゾーンを上がり、キャラハンと二人で元NYRのWSH Dポティに対し2 on 1。ポティが寄った処でナスルンドがレフトサークルからパスを出し、ゴール前のキャラハンがリストショットを浮かす。パックはヴァルラモフの出したグラブを越えてゴールマウスへ。NYR先制。これがNYRの打った此試合2本めのショットだった。 そのあとは両軍無得点の儘、3ピリも時計が進む。試合残り6分少々、M.スタールがゴール裏から不用意にクリアしたパックをポイントで受けたセミン（WSH）が、ワンタイムでハイスロットのオヴェチキンへ。これもワンタイムでオヴェチキンがハードショット。ゴーリーのルンドクヴィストも反応しきれなかったが、パックがクロスバーに当って客席保護用のネットに迄飛んでゆき、同点は免れた。オヴェチキンは此試合両軍合せても最多の6SOGを放ったが、Gは成らなかった。 結局1-0でNYRが勝利、シリーズを2勝0敗とした。 ゴーリーのルンドクヴィストは35Sでキャリア四つめのポストシーズンシャットアウト。しかし試合後はチームメイトを讃えた。 「躰を張ってブロックショットしてくれる仲間がたくさんいるのはすごいことだよ、攻撃に優れた選手が多いチームと当るときは特にね」。 此試合、スケーター18人中14人が少なくとも一つのショットをブロックし、計29ブロック。初戦は21ブロックだった。まだJスポで試合の放送がないんでよく判りませんが、高校野球のように守勝っているのね、きっと。 ESPN‘SPORTS CENTER’でバリー・メルローズが「レンジャーズファンはもうシリーズは貰ったと思ってるだろう（しかしビジターで却ってWSHがシンプルに攻撃できてWSHが反転攻勢、と続く）」と言ってました。ニューヨーカーはどーかしらんけど、取敢ず日本には一人、そんなこと考えもしないNYRファンがおるよ。『甲子園の空に笑え！』然り、どんなに守っても点を獲れなきゃ勝てないからのぅ。 第3戦は現地20日に本拠地で行われる。ホームでも守って守って相手のミスを誘って1点差で勝ってくれると好いなぁ（そーゆー胃の痛いゲームが好きな訳ではないがWSH相手にそれ以外の勝ち方が想像できん）。 猶、故障で初戦を欠場した主将ドルーリィが戦列復帰、0SOG乍ら15分25秒のアイスタイムでした。

むかしセガ・メガドライブで発売されて、ズッポリとアメリカンプロスポーツの世界を堪能させてくれた、エレクトリックアーツのＮＨＬのゲームを今時の技術で再現した様なゲーム。
大学時代ホッケー部の自分に言わせると十分ホッケーとしての面白さは、伝わってくる。当然☆５といいたいのだけれども、３６０ユーザーのゴールドメンバーならば、本家ＥＡ版のＮＨＬ２ｋ９の体験デモ版を試して欲しい、どちらが上かは好みにも... すべて読む

アジア版を買いました。
アイスホッケーには前々から興味(キムタクのドラマを見て)がありましたので、迷いましたが購入しました。
結論から申し上げますと、このゲームとても爽快です！！
リプレイもカッコいいし観客一人一人の動き、試合の演出もすばらしいです。
さすが２Kのゲームだなと感心せずにはいられません。
